Innocence

Innocence;

it’s my function to see you as innocent, originally whole, and unmarred. That’s the only reason for forgiveness. I am not offering you anything that isn’t already present, there’s no shift of reality here. My role is to remember who you really are, holding you in the beautiful light of innocence.

seeing you as you truly are…now,

always, only,

now.

and with this…

my own innocence is revealed to me as well.

our salvation is through forgiveness.
