I think the definition I’m looking for here is interjection, meaning an exclamation that occurs in spontaneous fashion and doesn’t pertain to an object in regard to a name or actual description. These are words that are invoked from within through a sudden burst of awe, or perhaps an intense moment of fear, anything that might overwhelm us to the point of returning to our natural states of astonishment or wonder.
